Welcome to Skincare by Dr. Firdous, operated under Firdous & Junaid Cosmetics. By accessing and using our website www.fjdermacare.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

This website is owned and operated by Firdous & Junaid Cosmetics.
By browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Product Information & Pricing

All product details, images, and pricing are provided for general informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.
Product efficacy may vary from person to person based on individual skin types.
Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received (for prepaid orders) or after successful COD order confirmation.
We accept payments via secure payment gateways and also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected regions.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or combined with another order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days.
Delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 8 working days, depending on the location.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted only within 5 days of delivery and only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Opened, used, or damaged products will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.
If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival, you must email us at support@fjdermacare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo and order proof.
Once approved, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

6. Product Usage & Safety

All products are dermatologically formulated, but we recommend a patch test before full use.
Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, usage, and other external factors.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions, misuse, or allergies caused by our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product names, images, packaging design, and text, is the property of Skincare by Dr. Firdous and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except for logistics and order processing.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
