Returns & Refunds policy

At Skincare by Dr. Firdous, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering your products safely and securely. However, due to the nature of skincare and hygiene-based products, our refund and return policy is strict and clearly outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

• Returns are accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for return or refund.

• Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

• Refunds are only issued in the case of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect (with valid proof)

2. Reporting a Problem

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you must:

• Email us at support@fjdermacare.com or WhatsApp us at 7558764280

• Provide your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem

• This must be done within 48 hours of receiving the product

3. Refund Processing

• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original mode of payment (for prepaid orders).

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirming account details.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Products returned after 5 days of delivery

• Opened, used, or damaged products

• Free gifts, samples, or promotional items

• Shipping charges (if any)

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed or dispatched.

• For prepaid orders, cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

6. Return Pickup

• If a return is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner where serviceable.

• In non-serviceable areas, the customer may need to ship the product back themselves.
